Control technology for the building materials industry
Since the 1980s, Keckeis Systems GmbH has been increasingly active in the field of control technology for the building materials industry. At that time, it was still operating under the name Keckeis Elektrotechnik GesmbH & Co KG with Manfred Keckeis as managing director.
Innovations in the field of concrete cooling
Through our presence on international markets, we were also confronted with the problem of concrete cooling, and so Manfred made it his mission to find solutions to these problems. In doing so, he developed a cooling system for aggregates that uses cold water to cool without changing the grading curve. His decades of experience naturally stood him in good stead for this new development.;
The result was a cooling system that stands out on the market thanks to its unique efficiency, energy savings, concrete quality and ease of use.;
We were active in the Arab region for several years, where we made a name for ourselves as a full-service provider of control and electrical engineering, including the supply of cooling systems.
In recent years, Manfred focused increasingly on the further development of his cooling system, while Michael handled everything related to control technology.
This led to the development of a heating system in addition to the cooling system, which ensures the highest quality concrete even in cold temperatures.
On 7 June 2024, Manfred was suddenly and completely unexpectedly torn from his still busy life, leaving a huge void – both personally and professionally.
