Our scope of work:
Our first professional aggregate cooling system including of:
- Silos with feeding system
- Chiller with ice water system
- Electrical and controls engineering
ALL OUT OF ONE HAND!
Capability of the batching plant (Mixer 3m³)
- 1,500 m³ cooled concrete (26-27 °C) daily output at an ambient temperature of 45 °C providing full hourly capacity of production.
Advantages
- Compared to the traditional flake ice system the energy saving is up to 40%.
- Minimal maintenance required
- Very high guaranteed productivity due to the usage of components of the the highest standard (Made in Austria and Germany)
