Declaration on the obligation to inform (data protection declaration)

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

Contact us
If you contact us via our website or by e-mail your data, to process the request and in case of follow-up questions, will be stored for six months. We will not share this information without your consent.

Access records
In case of only informative use of the website (i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information) we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data which is technically necessary for us to inform you about our website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) S. 1 lit. f DSGVO):

The IP addresses are stored anonymously. For this, the last three digits are removed (i.e. 127.0.0.1 becomes 127.0.0. *). IPv6 addresses are also being made anonymous. The anonymized IP addresses are kept for 60 days. Information about the directory protection user used will be made anonymous after one day.

Use of cookies
In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when using our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive, assigned to the browser you are using, and that provide certain information to the location that sets the cookie. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet more user-friendly and effective.

This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and operation of which are explained below:

  • Transient cookies (see a.)
  • Persistent cookies (see b.).

a. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular the session cookies. These cookies store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.

b. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.

c. You can configure your browser setting according to your wishes. (i.e. decline the acceptance of third-party cookies or decline all cookies). So-called "Third Party Cookies" are cookies that have been set by a third party, and therefore not by the actual website which you are currently using.
